Dear whoever gets this, 

I won't make this long because you probably have better stuff to do then read my email, but more importantly I have better stuff to do. Ball is life and pday comes but once a week. I've been a missionary for 2 weeks now but this is my first email because I did at home MTC for a week. At home was a good experience but I can say for sure in person is 1000x better. 

Something I've learned in my time here is that I've lived a very blessed life. Some of the elders and sisters in my district have had trials in their lives that I would not have been able to handle. Despite all the obstacles they've faced, they're all still here and are the best missionaries I've ever met. One thing I've always expected from my mission was to have some dope stories of seeing miracles. I just didn't expect to get  them before I got to New York. I know it's  basic but God truly does love each of his children. I have never in my life felt closer to God than I have in the past two weeks. To the boys back home you know who you are. You can email me and tell me about your lives and I will respond. I didn't say this to you as much as I should have but this church is for real. I can say without a doubt in mind that the things I've been learning and teaching come directly from God. Find a way to get in touch with missionaries in AZ and actually listen to what they say. I promise you if you do you will find more joy in your life. I will baptize you when I get back. Not joking. One of the elders in my district has a swaggy camera so some of the pictures are soooo fire. Especially the long exposure ones. You better appreciate them cuz they took a long time to perfect. I won't explain most of the pics cuz they speak for themselves except for the last one. That is a ball made entirely out of the tin foil of gum wrappers!!! That is two years in the making! It's low key kinda heavy and for some reason it brings me so much joy. Love you all and am super grateful for your support and your prayers.

(I somehow missed this email so it is out of order!) We had transfers again. I am now in the Bronx. It is the best area in NYC by far. So blessed! All the fire hydrants here are broken and spew out water 24/7. There is a great deli right next to our church building so I'm gonna be fat. There is also a new drink there that is my favorite. People here are super humble and prepared by God. Should have some baptisms coming up. There are a lot of street vendors here selling a bunch of cheap fake stuff so that could be cool. One of the missionaries has a pickle ball net so we will be playing that on Mondays. My apartment has a washer and dryer. There is also a lot of places in the city where you can get big slices of pizza for a dollar. My comp is from Surprise Arizona. We went to a members house the last day I was in Long Island and she made us a cake and had lots of balloons and she won't leave Ashlyn alone on Facebook Bye Bye

Couple of Photos

No letter today but he sent these two pictures. Eating with a member (can’t tell what the food was) and before he left the Bronx.  This is the mission leader of the Spanish ward but Justin really liked him.  He said he was awesome!   Justin has said he’s gaining weight and I can see some extra fluff around the middle in this picture.  He eats a lot of sandwiches.  He says they are cheap!  They don’t often eat at members which is what he prefers.  He says a lot of time is wasted eating with members.  He’s got work to do!!
