Pace 7:1

Sorry I didn't write an email last week. I was too busy not writing one Anyways I had the big VID last week so that sucked and they canceled church 20min before because like half the ward had Covid too but that's ok. You win some you lose some. This week was good tho. I have a new companion because I killed my last comp (he finished his mission) Also our friend Noel was baptized yesterday and it was awesome! We are working on raising the vision in the mission. With that raised vision you must also raise your effort. President Monson said that vision without effort is a daydream!  Peace   (NOTE:  He did write an email last week but I didn't end up sending it out)

This is the worst lunch I ever had- Random old guy in Nacho Libre This week was the most dog water trash week ever, there is no way of getting around it. Here is a couple more phrases I could use to describe it. "The big oof" "Mega unforch" "a fat rip" It all started last Sunday. Then we had elders Quorum and it was so good! Our friends and recent converts were making great comments and the spirit was so strong. Afterwards we got to stay for a baptism the sisters were having and that was a really spiritual experience too! All our friends stayed and watched the baptism. After church we got a text from one of our friends saying that he was ready to be baptized! He is such a humble gu...

Ladies and Gents this is the moment you've waited for! Get comfortable, grab a cup of got cocoa, and cozy up next to the fire as I reminisce on this last week! You probably:  "oh boy, this one started out weird" Most of the week we spent in parking lots inviting people to church. This is about how every conversation went. Me: You know I want you to come to church, it's not a secret I try to hide. I know you want me to send you the address so don't keep saying our hands are tied. You claim it's not in the cards, that fate is pulling you miles away and out of reach of the church.  Random person: You think it's easy? You think I don't want to run to your church, but there are mountains and there are doors that we can't walk through Me as they walk away: you are the one I was meant to find Then I start with the next person  (Rewrite the stars)   On Saturday I tried a different approach. Me: Right here, right now I put the offer out to come to church. I...
