(*NOTE:  I think his numbering system is off because I don't think he got a new companion but he wasn't able to answer my question SO...I will fix it next week if need be) FYI:  (Justin's email address is  justin.pace@missionary.org ) Monday. It's been another 7 days. Here you go. Highlights My companion and I were street contacting and I managed to corner some old man and asked him if he'd seen the Book of Mormon before. He then yelled at me and told me to never talk to strangers in New York  If he only knew.  We got a new neighbor this week, a nice older lady, so we dropped off a welcome gift for her. I thought it was cute so I'll slap some pics down below. Mom would be proud. We haven't been finding any people who are actually interested in hearing restored truth but update on Andrew (YSA) he's getting baptized this Sunday. Only took him 3 weeks to know he wanted to make this covenant with the Lord. He is what the scriptures call elect! Hopefully I ...

Hi, hello, good morning elders, good morning gentlemen! That is how one of our friends likes to start out all of his texts to us. Each one separated by a comma is a new message ðŸ¤£  good times!  Well this week's been alright I guess. It snowed again!  My companion and I had fun with that since we are both from AZ BABY! Another thing with my comp is that both of his parents email him every night (what the heck mom/dad) anyways he was reading one of his emails and he was like "elder Pace guess what?!?!?! Byu clapped Gonzaga 110-84!!!" I was so excited until later that night he goes, "oops ☺it was the other way around🙄"  We had transfer calls on Saturday and I am staying in Manhattan! My comp is staying too. I guess the Lord decided we needed to try again. Anywho you guys heard in the last email that it has been a struggle to find anybody who is really interested, but this week we had a half miracle!  We met a guy named Andrew who is super interested. We ...

It's been a really really messed up week, 7 days of torture, 7 days of bitter. Now just kidding. This week was fiya (translation?  typo?) as always! We have been struggling to find new people to teach though so that's no fun. I got my booster shot this week too. It snowed!! Central park was beautiful! I love being a missionary though and I encourage everyone to do it at least once.  Picture time 1. There was something on the rug so I thought it said hope you brought urine 2. Can't have peace without Pace  3-4. Went over to a members and had some bangin dessert and she had some funky, comfy chair

(Editor's note:  I've tried to clarify some of the mission lingo for those of you not familiar with it but I've probably missed some!  Some of his lingo is just him---I'm sure you'll figure that part out!) For all those who were interested in what missionary work looked like in the closest area to Times Square New York on New Years Eve, it's not that interesting. Just a regular day on the Mish for ya Boi. Pross (i.e. teac)  till 9 then went to bed at 10:30. My comp (companion) did have a glass of Martinelli's tho. Anywho this was a good week.  My comp and I got separated on the subways again (this is a different comp) I guess it just has to happen once every transfer.  We had a surprise musical number from two of our friends who showed up to church yesterday. As it was Fast Sunday (where members of the congregation can share their beliefs) they felt moved by the spirit to get up and share their testimony through music. They are amazing professional musicians...
