Pace 3:1
(*NOTE: I think his numbering system is off because I don't think he got a new companion but he wasn't able to answer my question SO...I will fix it next week if need be)
FYI: (Justin's email address is justin.pace@missionary.org)
My companion and I were street contacting and I managed to corner some old man and asked him if he'd seen the Book of Mormon before. He then yelled at me and told me to never talk to strangers in New York
If he only knew.
If he only knew. We got a new neighbor this week, a nice older lady, so we dropped off a welcome gift for her. I thought it was cute so I'll slap some pics down below. Mom would be proud. We haven't been finding any people who are actually interested in hearing restored truth but update on Andrew (YSA) he's getting baptized this Sunday. Only took him 3 weeks to know he wanted to make this covenant with the Lord. He is what the scriptures call elect! Hopefully I will have some pictures from his baptism next week. Also our friend Chris gave us a sports coat that I'm totally gonna wear when I get home. Can't wear it now because our coats and pants have to match.
I rode an elephant this week, it was kinda wacky we just found him roaming around by the buildings we knock. New York is full of surprises. Like sometimes we see cops riding down the street on horses
and it reminded me of the end scene of mall cop 2. I remember my dad thought that was so funny for some reason. Good times. Anyways I couldn't get a Pic of the cops because it's against the rules apparently, lame
maybe I'll sneak one anyways
jk.

jk. We met an actor from the Book of Mormon play on the train this week and he took a picture with Elder Golightly. Oh yeah, we also taught this mega hype man. He has a super cute daughter that is 5 and when we were trying to set up a return appointment with our friend his daughter was like, "I'm pretty busy but I'm off Sundays"
ADORABLE! Well I just took a break to grab my laundry and found that I shouldn't have washed my gloves
it's ok mom I have another pair so we Gucci. Time for my little spiritual tidbit.

And she said that most problems can be traced back to two main fears. Fear of failure or fear or being alone. I realized that this is exactly what we learn from the fall of Adam and Eve. When they fell, they became mortal meaning they were no longer perfect, fear of failure. When they fell they also fell out of the presence of God, fear of being alone.
This is why we needed a Savior. Because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ, He knows exactly how we feel so we are never alone. Because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ we can repent, we can fix our mistakes. I know that Jesus Chirst is the Savior of the world. He came to earth to give us hope, He came to earth to dispell fear and I will forever be grateful that He did.
