Pace 6:3

Today is my birthday so I am going to write this whole email dedicated to me from the perspective of a parent. Why? I have nothing better to do while my comp takes his pday nap

Happy Birthday Son ðŸ¥³! It has truly been a blessing watching you through the years. You have grown up to be such a fine young man ðŸ‘¨ The joy that you bring into our home is irreplaceable. We are so proud of you and the person that you have become!
Love, Mom&Dad (Mom & Dad approve this message!)

Thanks mom and dad, that was beautiful, couldn't have said it better myself
Anyways our friend Bill is getting baptized next Sunday

Recently I have been listening to the most popular BYU devotionals and most of them happen to be on marriage and dating ðŸ‘€ but they are funny so I keep listening and every so often there is something that I can relate to my single self out here on the mission. Plus when I get home I will already be an expert ðŸ˜‰ Do any girls read this email... ðŸ¤”  Focus Elder! Lock your heart. I loved this quote from one of the devotionals,  "Love is not blind, that is the last thing it is. Love is bound, and the more it is bound the less it is blind" I thought about this in relation to our personal connection with the Savior. As we bind ourselves to the Savior through faith, daily repentance, and making/keeping covenants with him our eyes are truly opened to see his infinite love for us. I know that Jesus Christ lives and loves us! I am truly grateful for this opportunity I have to be on a mission to bind myself to the Savior and help other do the same! This is a great work, even tho I'm broke ðŸ¤§
