Ima be honest with yall I really don't feel like typing out a whole thing this week. How about I just do a quicky spiritual thought. 


Someone in my sacrament meeting yesterday said this. Our wounds remind us that we are human, that we will all die. His wounds remind us that we will all live again. 

I just loved that because this holiday season is a time to remember our Savior Jesus Christ plus it snowed here briefly in New York this week so it's officially Christmas. Sorry if you already heard this thought on my Facebook and if you aren't friends with me on Facebook what the what are you doing.

Distributor's note (i.e. mom)--I told him he has not been out long enough to be reduced to such a short letter!  He said he would be back on it next week!  He got to go to the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade and they were fed a lovely Thanksgiving meal by a family with a cute dog that he loved.  If the video works, notice the color of the jackets you see in the parade watchers...I found that interesting.  He also received his Christmas gift from his sister of socks showcasing their cute faces!  Also pictured is his favorite salad his companion introduced him to, the home where he had Thanksgiving, playing bball on pday and some Christmas decorations in their apartment.

(I somehow missed this email so it is out of order!) We had transfers again. I am now in the Bronx. It is the best area in NYC by far. So blessed! All the fire hydrants here are broken and spew out water 24/7. There is a great deli right next to our church building so I'm gonna be fat. There is also a new drink there that is my favorite. People here are super humble and prepared by God. Should have some baptisms coming up. There are a lot of street vendors here selling a bunch of cheap fake stuff so that could be cool. One of the missionaries has a pickle ball net so we will be playing that on Mondays. My apartment has a washer and dryer. There is also a lot of places in the city where you can get big slices of pizza for a dollar. My comp is from Surprise Arizona. We went to a members house the last day I was in Long Island and she made us a cake and had lots of balloons and she won't leave Ashlyn alone on Facebook Bye Bye

Couple of Photos

No letter today but he sent these two pictures. Eating with a member (can’t tell what the food was) and before he left the Bronx.  This is the mission leader of the Spanish ward but Justin really liked him.  He said he was awesome!   Justin has said he’s gaining weight and I can see some extra fluff around the middle in this picture.  He eats a lot of sandwiches.  He says they are cheap!  They don’t often eat at members which is what he prefers.  He says a lot of time is wasted eating with members.  He’s got work to do!!
